Phần đầu tiên ra đời có lẽ do cấu hình lúc đó của dòng PC chưa cao nên hầu hết các khía cạnh của game chưa sắc nét (đồ họa, AI game, âm thanh…) ở phiên bản này những lỗi đó đã được khắc phục hoàn hảo: AI của máy rất thông minh, hình ảnh sắc nét cũng như độ khó thử thách khi chơi game cực cao, hứa hẹn sẽ ko làm các fan thất vọng.

Giới thiệu:

IGI-2: Covert Strike là một game bắn súng dựa theo phong cách hành động lặng lẽ ở góc nhìn người chơi thứ nhất được phát triển bởi Innerloop Studios và phát hành bởi Codemasters trong năm 2003. Ban đầu hãng Eidos Interactive phát hành bản game này với chỉ chức năng chơi đơn, và trong khi chơi game sẽ không có chức năng save. Câu chuyện của IGI-2: Covert Strike xoanh quanh các nhiệm vụ của David Jones, một lính biệt kích được huấn luyện kỹ càng cho các nhiệm vụ độc lập và tối mật. 

Nhân vật chính của chúng ta, David Jones, được cứ đến ngọn núi Carpathian ở Nga để lấy lại các con chip EMP đã bị đánh cắp bởi một nhóm mafia của Nga khỏi khu cơ sở công nghệ cao của Mỹ. Sau khi xâm nhập được vào một trạm thời tiết trên núi Carpathian David Jones đã lấy được một trong số các con chip EMP bị đánh cắp, chỉ huy trực tiếp của anh ra lệnh David Jones tiếp tục tước lại những con chip còn lại để IGI nghiên cứu tìm hiểu về mục đích mà những tên trộm muốn khi ăn cắp chúng.

Lose yourself in a tale of magic and wonder, where anything is possible

peculiar white rabbit to the wondrous realm of Mousewood, a land where
